Contacts (Address Book) for your Web-based E-mail:

If you correspond with a number of people, you may find it convenient to keep track of their e-mail addresses in your Contacts, sometimes referred to as an "Address Book."

To access your list of Contacts, click the Contacts button .

Or, click the down-arrow for the Options and Styles menu, as shown below.  Then click Contacts.

The Contacts screen opens in a new window.

The blue area the top lists all of your contacts, with their names and e-mail addresses.

To send an e-mail to a contact, select one from the list (or select multiple by holding the ctrl key) and click the Select and Close button.

To make changes to any of these, click a contact to select it.  The Name and Email address will appear in the two text fields at the bottom of the window.  Make any changes, then click the Modify button.

To add a new contact, click in a blank area of the top blue box so that no contacts are selected.  Then type a Name and E-mail address in the two blank text fields at the bottom of the window.  Click the Add button to finish.

Tip:  You can quickly add an address for someone who has sent you a message.  Click the Save Address link inside of the e-mail they sent you.  This link can be seen in the screen shot above.
