Login Page: follows this format: http://mail.ispname.com, with your ISP's name in place of "ispname.com".

 

Your personal info contained in your Web-based E-mail:

You can change your personal information to help identify yourself to others when you send e-mail.

Click the down-arrow for the Options and Styles menu, as shown below.  Then click User Info.

 

The My User Info screen opens in a new window.

The info contained in the first three fields determines how messages you send are presented to the recipients.

To understand this, take a look at the screen shot above, in the message sent by Sally Sue.

    From: "Sally Sue" <sally@someisp.com>

If you reply to Sally Sue, she will receive a message with similar formatting telling who the message is from.  Based on the info in the My User Info screen below, any messages you send will show that they are from:

    From:  "FirstName LastName" <emailID@mail.ispname.com>

Important:  It is often necessary to remove the "mail." from the Reply To Email.

Click the Save button after you've made any changes.
