  Adding/finding a contact in JabberWanna:

To be able to chat, you'll need to add friends to your contact list.  To add contacts, do the following:

On the Toolbar, click the down-arrow and select Add Buddy from the menu.

 

The Add Buddy window appears.

Address  =  enter the IM address of the buddy you'd like to add.
Nickname  =  enter a nickname, if any, for the contact.
Group  =  enter a name of the group in which you'd like your contact to be.

Click OK when finished.

 

The contact now appears in the group.

Note:  the start next to a contact indicates whether they're online or offline.
