  Chatting with friends in Vista:

Chatting with friends is a simple process.  Follow these steps:

Double click the friend with whom you'd like to chat.

 

The chat window appears.

Note the two windows.  In the bottom window, type the message you'd like to send.  Then click the Send button.

The message appears in the upper window.  Any message your friends send, appears in the upper window as well.

 

You can also change the font, font size, font style, and color.

You can also add, emoticons to your messages as well.
