  Creating additional folders:

Folders are a great way to organize your e-mail.  You can place certain types of e-mail in the various folders you create.  The following is a tutorial on creating folders:

From your Palmtop, click on the Start and select Inbox from the drop-down menu.

Pocket Outlook opens.

On the Toolbar at the bottom of the screen, click Tools and select Manage Folders from the menu.

The Manage Folders window appears.

Highlight the Inbox.

At the bottom, left-hand corner of the screen, click the New button.

Enter folder name  =  give the new folder a distinctive name.  In the example below, we named it "Family".

Click the OK button to save the changes and close the window.

The new folder now appears as a sub-folder of the Inbox.

Any e-mail you receive from, in this case, family, can be placed in the "Family" folder to keep it separate from other e-mails.
