  Transferring files:

Transferring files from your computer to our server is as simple as dragging and dropping.  Do the following:

Right click your FTP account and select Connect from the menu.

 

CuteFTP's main window appears below:

The box on the left shows files on your computer while the box on the right shows files in your personal Web site.  You transfer files by "dragging and dropping" contents from one box to the other.  For example, to upload files drag them from the local directory (left window) to the remote directory (right window).

 

The transfer may take a while depending on the size of the files you transfer.  Eventually the transfer completes.  A copy of the files is now on the server.

To download files, drag them from the remote directory (right window) to your local directory (left window).

 

To disconnect, click the File menu and select Disconnect.
