  Connecting to the FTP server:

On the Toolbar, click the Connect button and select "Your Site" from the menu.

Transferring files:

You're now connected.

The WS_FTP screen is divided into two halfs:  My Computer and "Your Site".  My Computer represents the local directory (folder on your computer) while "Your Site" represents the remote directory (folder on the server).

To transfer files from the local directory (your computer) to the remote directory (the server), simply highlight the file(s) and click the right arrow.

After a few seconds to a few minutes, the transfer is complete.

To download files from the remote directory (the server) to the local directory (your computer), simply highlight the file(s) and click the left arrow.

Disconnecting from the FTP server:

To disconnect from the server, click the Disconnect button on the Toolbar.
