  Connecting to the FTP server:

After having properly configured WS_FTP, you'll want to connect to the server to transfer your files.  Do the following:

On the Toolbar, click File and select Connect -> MySites -> "Your Site" from the menus.

Transferring files:

You're now connected.

The WS_FTP screen is divided into two halfs:  My Computer and "Your Site".  My Computer represents the local directory while "Your Site" represents the remote directory (on the server).

To transfer files from the local directory (your computer) to the remote directory (the server), simply highlight the file(s) and click the right arrow.

After a few seconds to a few minutes, the transfer is complete.

To download files from the remote directory (the server) to the local directory (your computer), simply highlight the file(s) and click the left arrow.

Disconnecting from the FTP server:

To disconnect from the server, click File in the Toolbar and select Disconnect from the menu.
